Dunkirk Police and STRDTF Arrest Three More for Drug Sales

Over the last several months, members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and Dunkirk Police Department have been conducting an investigation into the distribution and sale of illegal narcotics in the area of East Second Street and Columbus Avenue in the City of Dunkirk. This investigation led to Chautauqua County Grand Jury indictment warrants being issued for Aixmary Rodriguez-Rosa, 35, of 160 Lord Street, in the City of Dunkirk. Rodriguez-Rosa is charged with two felony counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. On December 26, 2019 at about 8:51 PM, members of the Dunkirk Police Department located Aixmary Rodriguez-Rosa at her residence and took her into custody without incident. Rodriguez-Rosa will be held pending arraignment in Chautauqua County Court.

Christopher L. Torres

Also over the past several months members of the Southern Tier Regional Dug Task Force and Dunkirk Police Department have also been conducting an investigation into the distribution and sale of illegal narcotics at 324 Eagle Street in the City of Dunkirk. This investigation led to Chautauqua County Grand Jury indictment warrants being issued for Christopher L. Torres, 34, of 324 Eagle Street, in the City of Dunkirk. Torres is charged with two felony counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. On December 27, 2019 at about 4:50 PM, members of the Dunkirk Police Department located Christopher L. Torres at his residence and took him into custody without incident. Torres will be held pending arraignment in Chautauqua County Court.

Additionally, over the past several months members of the Southern Tier Regional Dug Task Force and Dunkirk Police Department have been conducting an investigation into the distribution and sale of illegal narcotics in the area of East Second Street and Columbus Avenue in the City of Dunkirk. This investigation led to Chautauqua County Grand Jury indictment warrants being issued for Efrain J. Agular-Rodriguez, 35, of 111 N. Gazelle Street in the City of Dunkirk. Aguiar-Rodriguez is charged with three felony counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. On December 28, 2019 at about 9:35 PM, members of the Dunkirk Police Department located Efrain Agular-Rodriguez at his residence and took him into custody without incident. Aguiar-Rodriguez will be held pending arraignment in Chautauqua County Court.
